Before you send

• Do not include passport, ID, bank account or card numbers. We ask for documents later, through a secure channel, if we take your file.
• If you received a rejection or cancellation notification, add its date. The period to bring an annulment action before the administrative court is generally 60 days from notification (Law No. 2577, art. 7), so time matters.
• This form is a request to contact you. It is not a legal assessment, and sending it does not create an attorney–client relationship. The first meeting is free unless legal advice is given.
