- Meetings. Meetings are by appointment, in Ankara or online. An Arabic interpreter can join one-to-one meetings, in person or online.
- Fees. The first meeting is free unless legal advice is given. Reviewing your file or giving a legal opinion is a paid service, and fees are agreed in writing in advance.
- Limits. We advise on the legal side only. We cannot promise a result or a timeline; the decision belongs to the authorities.

Meetings can be held online. Whether you must be present for steps such as biometric procedures depends on the authorities’ current practice, which we confirm for your file.
What should I send in my first message?
Your nationality, the route you are considering, whether you have already made an investment, and a photo of any decision or notice you received with its notification date.
Which languages do you work in?
English and Turkish for meetings and messages. Documents in Arabic, Persian and Russian are processed with sworn translator support, and an Arabic interpreter can join meetings by appointment for an additional fee.

Yes. We review the decision, the deadline and the competent court, and represent clients in the lawsuit.
